Short Description
The system is part of the core facility “Lipid Mass Spectrometry.” The UHPLC system (model 1290 Infinity, Agilent) enables the chromatographic separation of complex sample mixtures, which are analyzed using the triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (model 6470, Agilent). The focus is on lipid analysis, in particular the quantitative analysis of selected substances.
