Short Description
The SFC/UHPLC system (models 1260 and 1290, Agilent) enables the chromatographic separation of complex sample mixtures, which can be analyzed using the high-resolution ion mobility time-of-flight mass spectrometer (model 6560, Agilent). The focus of the application is on lipid analysis, particularly the qualitative determination of lipid profiles.
