Short Description
The measuring tower has a height of 35 m and consists of a scaffold tube construction, with several platforms. Power supply (400V 16A) is available and it is equipped with vertical lifeline systems.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure
The tower is located at Melhbeerleiten, at a valley location (396m m.a.s.l.) . The tower allows for accessing the canopy and for monitoring of e.g. air at different heights.
